**Job Title**: Outdoor Sales Representative
**Job Overview**:
An Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers in person, promoting and selling company products or services in various outdoor locations such as homes, businesses, or events. The goal is to meet sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out potential customers in designated outdoor areas (door-to-door, business-to-business, street locations, etc.)
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using effective communication skills
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business
- Attend outdoor events, trade shows,
or markets to represent the company
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Keep track of sales activities and provide reports to management
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitors
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
**Requirements**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an outdoor or field-based role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions
- A valid driver's license (if required for travel between locations)
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily outdoors, traveling between locations
- May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends
- Requires walking, standing, and sometimes lifting of promotional materials or products
