**Job description**

We are excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity in the Virtual Reality Park branch located in Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Make bookings.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and address any inquiries they may have.
- Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and phone calls received.
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Maintain the general office filing system.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in English and Arabic language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Punctual and reliable attendance record.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
