**Job Title**: Immigration PRO (Public Relations Officer)
**Location**: Al Tawkel Center, Rashid Al Makhawi Building, Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai
**Salary**: Competitive (To be discussed based on experience)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all visa processes including employment, visit, business, and dependent visas (both new and renewal) in coordination with the UAE Ministry of Labour and Immigration departments.
- Process labor and immigration cards, medical examinations, and visa cancellations.
- Oversee company and employee registrations in government portals (e.g., MOL, GDRFA, MOHRE, TASHEEL, and other e-services).
- Prepare documents for submission to government authorities,





ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely collection and submission of all necessary documents.
- Stay updated on changes to UAE immigration laws and labor regulations, ensuring the company and clients remain compliant.
- Manage visa renewals, residency permits, and cancellations for employees and clients as required.
- Represent the company at various governmental offices (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipality, etc.) as required.
- Provide proactive support to clients regarding their immigration and visa-related needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.






- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- UAE driving license and car is mandatory.
