Launched in 2015 in Dubai, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and capable **Customer Service and Telesales Agent** to support our business operations.
**Responsibilities **will include:
- Handle complaints and quickly provide efficient solutions
- Connect our customers with the ideal cleaner and ensure satisfaction on both sides
- Able to multitask,
adapt and work under pressure in a challenging start-up environment
- Cold call and Reach out to potential and existing customers to upsell, cross sell and direct sell the services.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a professional call centre is a must
- Service-oriented person, passionate about dealing with customers and providing solutions
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience is a must
- Minimum 2 years of Tele-Sales experience
- Strong written and verbal English. Arabic is a plus
