Job Description : Real Estate Consultant.
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our growing secondary team.
As a real estate consultant, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and secure inventory within the secondary market.
In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers and sellers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the entire sales process.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain a strong client database by actively approaching potential clients and identifying their needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to attract potential sellers.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on properties, including property features, amenities, and potential return on investment.
- Generate and follow up on qualified leads to secure property sales.
- Conduct property viewings, valuations and negotiation processes to facilitate successful transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate future business opportunities.
What we are Looking for :
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and key transactional areas.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients( both buyer and seller) as well as key industry professionals.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driving license.
