About the Job :
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our Kids Club team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role :
- Always uphold the highest standards of appearance and grooming as per Jumeirah Maldives guidelines. Adhere to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures outlined in the handbook and code of conduct.
- Always represent Jumeirah and the Jumeirah brand positively, maintaining a favorable image.
- Compliance and Understanding : Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the brand values, mission, vision statements, and LQA standards.
Ensure adherence to these standards in daily operations.
- Attend department meetings, daily briefings, and training. Communicate effectively with superiors regarding any circumstances preventing adherence to schedules or assigned tasks.
- Execute tasks assigned by superiors within the department's operation and scope of the job, ensuring completion in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with subordinates, colleagues, and other departments professionally and respectfully, regardless of the importance of the communication.
About you :
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- 3 to 5 Years Experience in a similar role.
- Software competencies Microsoft Office programs
- Problem solving
- Leadership and team management skills
