**Experience**:
- Prior experience in **customer service** or a related field is advantageous.

**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
