You will be responsible for
- Defining a business development strategy based on the company's internal capabilities and limitations
- Assessing the company's international competitiveness and potential for expansion
- Analyzing competitor strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and capabilities
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives, including long-term goals across financial, market, and organizational aspects
- Setting and prioritizing key business objectives at the international level
- Assessing risks and opportunities tied to strategic goals
- Leading negotiations with international partners and clients and establishing business relationships
- Preparing for international negotiations, including proposals, and documents, and determining negotiating positions
- Entering into contracts and agreements with foreign companies,
including finalizing terms of cooperation
You might be a fit if you have
- Are able to make strategic decisions on business development at the international level
- Have communication and negotiation skills with partners from different cultures
- Are able to analyze data and track key sales performance indicators in different markets
- Have the ability to interact with a team of specialists and coordinate their work to achieve common business development goals
- Have advanced English proficiency
- Have experience in fintech (preferred)
- Have experience in consulting (preferred)
- Speak Spanish and French (preferred)
