Restaurant Hostesses | Dubai | Pre-opening Ultra Luxury HotelWe are seeking dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT HOSTESSES to join the team of this new opening, ultra-luxury hotel located on Dubai's coastline. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.Opening: November 2024Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the month.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a hostess in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are desired
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
