Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects using Revit and other BIM-related software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of architectural designs in BIM models.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation based on project requirements.
- Review and update BIM models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations in the design and BIM process.
- Participate in coordination meetings to ensure proper integration of architectural elements with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of model updates, revisions, and project progress.
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Architect in building construction projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software. Strong knowledge of architectural design processes and construction methods. Familiarity with local building codes and standards in the UAE/GCC.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy in modeling and documentation.
Salary Range: -
5000 /- AED
Bachelor accommodation + transportation provided by the company.
Additional benefits as per company policy.
