We are seeking a passionate and driven female Client Servicing Executive with 2-3 years of client management experience, ideally within the UAE, in an advertising, marketing or event management industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
- Ensure client satisfaction with excellent communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving.
- Conduct market research and generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with UAE-based clients to encourage repeat business.






- Create detailed project plans and deliver strong presentations to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage client escalations and deliver under pressure.

Skills:

- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Skilled in creating presentations and pitching to clients.
- Knowledgeable about the UAE market, with the ability to develop new client relationships.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, taking ownership of projects.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of client servicing or account management experience, ideally in the UAE.
- UAE driving license preferred.
