We are looking for Passionate Energetic Experienced German, British, Russian and Chineese and Emirati candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai.
Real Estate Agent Responsibilities:
- Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Creating lists for real estate sale/ rent properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
Real Estate Agent Requirements:
- Licensed real estate agent or at least having 1 or 2 years of experience in Real Estate Market.
- Knowledge about Dubai Real Estate Market.
- Strong Sales skills.
- Freshers with solid sales skills can apply.
