Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Emirati national to be our Customer Service Executive. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers and enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related fields.

Experience:

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.






- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.

Availability:
