Full job description

- Screen and direct client inquiry phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
- Handling CRM, listing/Editing and monitoring other Property advertisement portals like property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- Create and maintain property documents/database and reporting to the Managing Director
- Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Provide general administrative work support
- Answering Inquiries,





assisting clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Available to work from only for period of October-December 10, 2024

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1-2 months

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
