Job Description: MEP Supervisor

Position Overview: The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of various building systems. This position requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure MEP projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Supervision:
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers,





and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MEP system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of materials as per project requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and maintenance logs.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and milestones.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor MEP technicians and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in construction or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing,





and fire protection.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
