About the Role:
Position: Head of Primary Location: United Arab Emirates Start Date: August/September 2024 Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the primary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Foster an inclusive, supportive, and ambitious school culture. Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies.
Strengthen the school’s British Prep School identity and enhance the transition between primary and secondary education. Maintain and enhance the school’s reputation for academic excellence and holistic development.
The Ideal Candidate:
A proven track record of successful primary school leadership. A deep commitment to a Prep School approach and educational innovation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students. Experience in the UAE or a similar international context is advantageous. A visionary leader who is enthusiastic about community-focused education.
