We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. As our Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our brand and products, and driving sales in your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
- Promote our brand and products by providing product knowledge and conducting product demonstrations at outdoor events, trade shows, and retail locations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and goals for your territory.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- Knowledge and passion for outdoor activities and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the designated territory.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using CRM software.
