Hala Builder is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager – Civil to oversee construction projects in Dubai . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a key role in our organization, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring project schedules are met and within the designated budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers,
subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all aspects of the project align with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and contracts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety standards, and quality control.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring they do not affect project timelines or quality.
- Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring their timely delivery and quality.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure all project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil project management, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
