Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager,





the HR Supervisor is expected to support the talent acquisition and onboarding processes under general supervision, and work towards matching the right talents with required skills and experience to the right position. He/she is also expected to be a brand ambassador for Zurich Middle East.

Job Accountabilities

As the HR Supervisor, your role will involve:

- Providing administrative support to ensure the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly, such as:
- Establishing relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process, and supporting the hiring managers in making informed decisions
- Recruiting for positions where the need for a continuous candidate pool exists, such as the hiring of UAE Nationals
- Building and maintaining recruiting networks with external and internal sources to create a diversified pipeline of talent
- Recommending creative recruiting solutions
- Screening and qualifying suitable candidates for the vacancies
- Coordinating interview schedules and logistics






- Maintaining regular contact with the candidates on their application process
- Preparing offer packages to candidates
- Collating the onboarding documents from new joiners and saving them in the respective employee folders
- Conducting reference checks and background screening on new joiners
- Engaging regularly with other departments, ensuring clear communication of timelines
- Coordinating relocation logistics if required
- Regularly updating the recruitment tracker and recruitment management system

- Preparing and providing reports to monitor and measure the success of recruitment activities
- Maintaining recruitment information for audit purposes
- Providing feedback and recommendations for the improvement of the recruitment processes






- Leading work on talent prospecting by representing the organisation at employment fairs and participating in campus recruiting activities
- Developing and managing the overall internship and work experience program
- Partnering with local universities on early-in-career talent initiatives
- Collaborating with our Marketing team on social media campaigns to promote Zurich’s employer brand
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Ensuring compliance with Zurich’s governance and internal controls
- Participating and supporting in HR projects
- Providing ad hoc support to the TA Manager
- Monitoring, distributing, and responding to inquiries in the HR mailbox

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- UAE national with a family book






- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Customer-centric approach
- Proactivity
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team’s workload and cover for colleagues as required
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to changing environments and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
