As our Data Entry Operator, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate accounting records by entering data into our internal databases and maintaining the integrity of these databases. Additionally, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into internal databases.
Maintain and update data, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks.
Monitor the integrity of data in the accounting system.
Prepare reports as needed for management review.
Ensure all data entry is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Verify and review data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Follow up with team members to obtain missing information and/or resolve discrepancies
Prepare reports and summaries of financial activity as required
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
2+ years of experience in data entry or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is a plus
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator.
