Job Summary

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the reception and participate in Purchasing and Logistics.

Responsibilities

Receptionist / Administration

1. Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
3. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
4. Receive, sort,





and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
5. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook).
6. Issue PPEs to visitors visiting the plant.
7. Monitor office facilities (including stationeries and other office equipment).
8. Assist with travel arrangements such as flight, hotel booking, and car rental when needed.
9. Set up meeting rooms/training, arranging catering for events when needed.
10. Coordinate with facility/building maintenance for any repair, pest control, and cleaning services.
11. Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
12. Create POs in ERP system and monitor scorecard.
13. Send/receive documents and non-document packages for both local and international.
14. Draft shipping documents.
15. Follow company policies, procedures, QMS, and HSEMS.

2. Good communication skills, ability to handle different kinds of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
3.





Time management, organized, quality-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
5. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Customer service attitude.

Education and Experience Required

1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Admin.
2. 0-2 years' experience in a related field.
3. Diploma degree.
4. Logistics experience.
5. Knowledge in ERP is an advantage.
6. Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office software.
7. Good business English and Microsoft command.
8. Driver's license.
