My client is a specialist food and beverage distributor focused on bringing innovative, high-quality brands to the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA).
Based in Dubai, my client has built a strong reputation for the standard of its products, market expertise, and levels of service to retail and hotel, restaurant, and café (HORECA) sectors - a reputation that has maintained all its clients from the outset.
Position: Senior Sales Manager
1. Maintain and consistently grow existing accounts to attain the company's sales target.
2. Manage existing and newly acquired accounts.
3. Build and grow business within UAE.
4.
Develop new business opportunity by cross-selling of the products.
5. Effective execution of project roll-out and implementation of solution to new accounts.
6. Identify client's needs and ensure profitable solution.
7. Effectively manage customer relations to ensure contract renewals.
8. Handle customer complaints and ensure to offer a solution.
9. Complete and submit reports accurately in a timely manner.
10. Proactively establish relationships within the company and promote teamwork.
11. Help influence marketing aspects of the business that will impact the volume of existing and future clients.
