NEXA is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. UAE experience in sales / business development within the digital marketing field is a must .
As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, and excel in working independently.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and Lead Generation : Generate outbound opportunities to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Qualify leads from various inbound activities, including campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.
- Client Engagement :
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through various meetings, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and attend kick-off meetings.
- Sales Process Management : Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals for client presentations and meetings.
- Communication and Follow-Up : Support with answering potential client questions and follow-up call inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Metrics Tracking : Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to measure performance.
Requirements :
- Experience : Proven UAE experience in sales / business development within the digital marketing field is a must.
- Skills : Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Adaptability :
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus : Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Mobility : Possession of a valid driving license and a car (A MUST).
