About the Job: Homeroom Teacher - RAK - Immediate Start
Location: Al Wadi School, Ras Al Khaimah

Responsibilities
1. Teaching allocated classes along with related planning
2. Assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting on the work of students
3.
Providing advice and guidance to students on issues related to their education
4. Assessing and recording progress and preparing pupils for examinations
5. Promoting and safeguarding the general wellbeing and safety of students
6. Developing and fostering the appropriate skills and social abilities for optimum development
7. Collaborating with parents and other staff towards achieving the best interest of the students
8. Engaging in continuing professional development
9. Engaging in developing the school curriculum
10. Demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
11. Exhibiting intercultural awareness and well-developed communication skills
Requirements
1. BA degree in Education OR a PGCE qualification
2. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
3. Experience teaching the American curriculum is advantageous
4. Strong communication skills
5. Experience in an Elementary School Environment
6. Fluent in English (Spoken, Reading, and Writing)
