Research Intern

- Research work, data analysis and recruitment.
- Preparing market mappings assigned by respective line manager.
- Conducting searches on databases and portals to meet hiring criteria.
- Manage our CRM system by keeping candidates records up-to-date and accurate.
- Performing research and producing reports as and when required.
- Multi-task several different projects and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Assist Managing Partners in background when required.
- Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to understand the client better, role
- and job market in the region.
- Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being worked on across various clients which
- serves as a personal database.






- Preparing candidates CV in desired report format

Requirements

- Recent graduates
- Bachelors Degree in any field, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Must be on parent's sponsorship visa (ready to provide NOC)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
- Career driven.
- Dynamic candidate possessing a pleasant & outgoing personality.
- Should be extremely driven and motivated with a strong willingness to learn & grow.
- Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Highly motivated to be part of a multinational organization.
