About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team in preparing for the opening of a luxury hotel.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in building our talented workforce and ensuring that we attract and retain the best candidates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Role Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the pre-opening phase of the luxury hotel.







Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for various positions.

Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through job boards, social media platforms, industry events, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.

Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of talent.

Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry associations to leverage partnerships and expand talent networks.







Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to efficiently track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.

Assist in the development and delivery of orientation and training programs for new hires.

Collaborate with the HR team to establish and maintain an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Skills Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.







Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.

Proven track record in successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.







Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
