We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller specialist to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. xc2xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information xc2xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database xc2xb7 Communicate with clients to understand their requirements xc2xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the companyxe2x80x99s reputation xc2xb7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed xc2xb7 Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts xc2xb7 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Qualifications:





xc2xb7 Willing to join immediately xc2xb7 Preferably with Real Estate background xc2xb7 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role xc2xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect xc2xb7 Excellent English and Arabic communication skills xc2xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Skills: Relationship building Client handling Strong interpersonal communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
