Job description:
- Perform initial assessments of patients and create individualized care plans.
- Follow physicianxe2x80x99s orders during patient management
- Demonstrate expertise in blood collection and parenteral (IM/IV) medication administration.
- Being empathetic and providing strong assurance to patients and families.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall health conditions.
- Conduct wound care,
including changing dressings and evaluating wounds.
- Educate patients and their families on care practices and medication usage.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Follow all regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Passionate and hard working
