We are a fast-growing, performance-oriented company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager .
We are looking for someone with the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to boost our digital marketing strategy and take our online presence to the next level.
Your tasks :
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our companies and projects
- Retain and grow the company's target audience through various marketing channels
- Develop and optimize the customer journey
- Create and maintain Facebook ads for various projects
- Edit and build sales funnels and landing pages for our various projects
- Maintain the content of the website
- Create newsletters (weekly and monthly project-based)
- Responsible for the mailing lists and online mailing campaigns
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics, using these insights to drive strategic decisions and improve performance
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, communicate effectively and respond promptly to all inquiries
Job Requirement :
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
- Expert knowledge of sales funnels, content strategy and email marketing
- Good knowledge and proven experience with Facebook Ads and / or Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Webflow, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, Zapier or alternatives
- Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management skills with a focus on results
- Flexibility, initiative and independent work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Native / bilingual in German and fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to get hands on and enjoy working in a team
- Full-time on-site in Dubai
