Purpose of the Role To carry out Call Centre responsibilities in order to support the delivery of securely sealed consignments from the Pharmacy, in a timely and professional manner to our valued customer's home or work locations, with a focus on maintaining and improving on operational efficiencies whilst demonstrating best in class customer service approach Operation
- Obtains patients information by answering & making telephone calls; interviewing members; verifying information & offering services.
- Determines eligibility by comparing patientxe2x80x99s requirements to member policies.
- Generate prescriptions by entering patient information, medicines and confirming payment options.
- Informs patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing informationxe2x80x99s. and redirect calls to the concerned person.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Enters & updates patients details & order requirements into software application.
- Accomplishes sales and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
- Record accurate information on daily productivity reports and submit by the end of shift to your Supervisor.
- Operate across a variety of shifts and days of the week and when necessary work extended hours within legal limits.
- Perform any other additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
Essentials Qualifications
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- Minimum of 3 years Call Centre experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good 4 - English language skills both verbal and written
- Good 4 xe2x80x93 Arabic language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to use Customer service software applications
- Ability to demonstrate use of CRM software applications.
- Confident in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages.
- Good Verbal communication skills.
- Flexible manner demonstrating a xe2x80x98can doxe2x80x99 attitude.
- Excellent listening skills and a calm and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to work on ones own unsupervised for lengthy periods.
- Ability to work as a part of the team when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
