As Ikandy Ultra Lounge Operations Manager - F&B; (Outdoor Bar & Lounge), we rely on you to :
Ensure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all times
Maximise profitability of the Ikandy Ultra Lounge and drive revenue
Interact with customers and improve bar operation and service based on feedback received
Maintain a high standard in relation to service and food
Coach and maximise the performance of the team
Take responsibility for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
We are looking for someone who :
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant, lounge & bar operation in a 5* hotel environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Willing to work shifts
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
Enjoys being challenged
