About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Global Human Resources, the Manager, Human Resources will support the Global Human Resources Office as a generalist. Key areas of responsibility will be Human Resources Administration including onboarding and offboarding and responsibility for Office and Facilities Management.
Coordinating and preparing necessary reports in SuccessFactors such as turnover, headcount, employee relations, compliance and activities. This role is also expected to provide Human Resources support to the Global Office and RSOs as well as the Resort Human Resources Teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Onboarding presentation,





create and deliver the content of the HR Section that pertains to useful information for the new colleagues
- Manage the Birthdays and any other relevant celebrations for all the HR colleagues across the resorts
- Disciplinary & Grievance Process
- Produce any Change of Status for colleagues in the Global Office
- Be the first point of contact for the Global Office with the day to day enquires
- Always ensure that the filling in the office is 100% accurate and complete
- Manage the visa renewal process
- Take part in any relevant Projects, both in the Office as well as the Resorts
- Collate the monthly HR reports
- Analyse all Exit Interview data for patterns and trends






- Ensures all Global Human Resources Policies and Procedures are kept up to date on all the sources they are shared on
- Manage the Talent Process from an administrative point: Collect & File all the End of Year Appraisals, Collect & File all the PDP's
- Facilities Management of the Global Office
- Safety & Security - fire alarms, first aid boxes, first aiders in the Global Office
- Plan and execute Global Office events
- Have a weekly roster for the Global Office that the reception keeps for efficient and safety reasons
- Manage a small team of two Barista's for Rise and the Global Office Administrator
- Any other relevant tasks as requested by Director, Global Human Resources or the Vice President, Global Human Resources

Onboarding
- Visa processing - Medical, Emirates ID, DWTC Card
- Liaise with Director,





Compensation & Benefits with regards to medical insurance enrollment
- Create new colleague files, both hard copy and electronic
- Liaise with Manager, Communications & Engagement with regards to the new colleague's announcement
- Welcome email including how to get to the office and basics including parking
- Arrange Access Cards for the Office
- Request IT Hardware and Software
- Induction on the new colleagues first day in the office

Offboarding
- Cancel Visas, Emirates ID, DWTC Card
- Acknowledge the resignation and confirm the Exit Process
- Liaise with the Director, Compensation & Benefits with regards to the replacement package
- Ensure that the Job Requisition is completed and signed by all relevant parties
- Liaise with Manager,





Communications & Engagement with regards to the new colleague's announcement

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within Human Resources ideally up to Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager, within a hotel environment.
- University/College degree or a formal education in Human Resources Management an asset
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Self-confident, creative and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, outgoing and personable
- Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional attention to detail






- Able to work with own initiative
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
