- They assist in preparing patients for dental procedures, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a positive and calming experience.
- Chairside Assistance:
- During dental procedures, dental assistants work alongside the dentist, providing chairside assistance by passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring the patient's comfort.
- They may also take and process dental X-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic images.
- Sterilization and Instrument Management:
- Dental assistants are responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile environment in the dental office. This includes sterilizing instruments,





disinfecting treatment areas, and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
- They manage and organize dental instruments, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient workflow for the dental team.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Dental assistants often handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling billing and insurance paperwork.
- They may also assist with managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and coordinating communication between the dental office and patients.
- Educational Support:
- Dental assistants educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- They may also provide chairside education during procedures, explaining the purpose of specific treatments and answering patients' questions about their dental health.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, dental assistants need to stay updated on industry regulations and advancements,





ensuring they provide high-quality support to the dental team and optimal care for patients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Education:

Experience:
