- Experience as a Recruiter or HR specialist for no less than 3 year;
- Experience and willingness of working with large volumes of information;
- Good communication skills, results-oriented;
- Understanding the basics of labor law in Dubai
- Knows how to conduct an interview
- Working with different recruitment platforms and effectively search new candidates using different approaches
- Fluent in English and Russian languages
- Female preferred
