Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s day to day calendar , including scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
• Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and team members, ensuring clear communication and coordination across the meal plan, personal training, and supplements
businesses.
• Oversee email correspondence, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support as needed.
• Create and maintain organizational systems to streamline workflows and manage day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure project deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized.
• Assist with content creation for social media platforms—capturing and editing basic videos, taking photos, and supporting social media posts.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and other activities in collaboration with the CEO’s businesses and influencer roles.
• Support the CEO with personal errands and event planning when necessary.
• Keep track of important tasks, deadlines, and ensure all meetings and engagements are seamlessly executed.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for meetings when required .
