Job Description :
As a Assistant Product Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the development and management of our specialized medical equipment.
Working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams, you will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring product life cycles,
ensuring our offerings continue to meet the high standards expected in surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and launch plans for our advanced surgical equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product positioning and strategy within the specialized fields of surgery.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and training materials for laparoscopic, endoscopic devices
- Monitor and report on product performance, gathering insights from sales trends, customer feedback, and market reception.
- Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, ensuring smooth execution of schedules, logistics, and communication.
- Support the Product Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Gather and organize data for product performance analysis and reporting, with a focus on surgical efficiency and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting product development in surgical equipment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a medical related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a product management support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data,
particularly related to surgical products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to product development processes.
- Knowledge of the medical equipment industry, particularly in surgical devices, is a plus.
