**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Promotes and sells company products through direct customer contact for new prospects and old existing ones.
- Schedules sales meetings and calls.
- Submits reports of sales activities.
- Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products and services.
- Quotes prices in collaboration with superior.
- Assists in designing offers and sending products literature, catalogues, and other data.
- Elaborates presentation of company portfolio and activity vis-à-vis of potential clients.
- Follows up on quotation status with client and reports to superior and management why offers were declined.
- Makes sure jobs produced were all invoiced.
- Communicates and coordinates with the client servicing, displays, production and installation departments to ensure quality and deadlines are meeting clients’ expectations.
- Ensures client satisfaction is met.
- Assists Account Manager in handling clients’ portfolios.
- Reports to his superior in hierarchy.
- Contributes to the implementation of the quality policy and participates in the improvement of the quality system by proposing corrective and preventive actions and participates in their implementation.
**Skills and Educational Requirements**:
- Should be an excellent negotiator
- Must have problem-solving skills
- Should be customer-oriented
- Should know how to prioritize tasks according to their importance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasks
- Good writing skills
- Good knowledge of English.
- Computer literate.
**Working Conditions**:
Basic hours with an occasional need for a variety of duty
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
