- Work on Corporate Finance related topics (e.g., capital structure optimization, financial planning and forecasting, M&A;, investment analysis, cost optimization, etc.) for Tourism-, Real Estate-, Maritime-, Aviation- and Logistics-related strategy projects
- Work closely with the Project Manager on one or more project modules
- Interact directly with clients and guide module teams, contributing value on all levels
- Finalize and present deliverables to the client
- Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met by bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs
- Work with public and private sector clients across the Middle East region
- Develop creative solutions from strategy to implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience, preferably in Corporate Finance,
ideally with top-tier strategy firms, investment banks, venture capitals and/or private equities
- Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Economics, Finance or Business degree from a global top university or business school
- CFA qualification is a plus
- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance topics and concepts
- Passionate team player with leadership potential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical capacity, as well as conceptual abilities
- Commitment to excellence
- Sound business know-how and industry insights
- Structured approach to solving problems
- Fluency in English required plus fluent Arabic would be ideal
