**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing lucrative deals that align with our business objectives.
- Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas, strategically mapping out the steps required for success.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that precisely meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to seize potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Track and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively discover new sales opportunities through effective networking strategies, converting them into long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
**Key Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Preferably 1-2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is typically preferred.
- **Written and Verbal Communication Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients at various levels.
- **Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are needed to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies as the hospitality sector evolves are necessary.
- **Time Management and Multitasking**:Must be proficient in time management and multitasking to skillfully prioritize and manage various responsibilities and meet deadlines with efficiency.
- **Computer Skills**:Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is needed.
