e are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist to be the face of our establishment, offering a warm welcome and outstanding service to our guests from around the world.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and departure.
- Manage room reservations and bookings, including modifications and cancellations, using our hotel management software.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and the local area.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and attend to guest needs or issues.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.
- Assist in maintaining guest records and privacy according to compliance standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- High school diploma; degree in hotel management or relevant field preferred.
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
