CRM - Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote CRM solutions to potential clients.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the CRM system to showcase its features and benefits.
- **Needs Assessment**: Assess client needs and tailor solutions to fit their requirements.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Monitor and report on sales forecasts, providing updates to management on sales performance.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development,





and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**
- CodeGuru.ae has a customized CRM Solution dedicated for healthcare, you will earn between **AED500 to AED2,000 in commission base** for every deal that you will close.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector, with a focus on CRM solutions (2 years minimum experience in sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.






- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
