*Key Responsibilities:*
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and joinery sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
- Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the fit-out and joinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out and joinery work, including materials, processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel for work.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
