Cloverleaf DMCC is a social-first creative and creator agency specialising in digital marketing and advisory services for small businesses in the wholesale, food & beverage, and catering industries. We partner with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure the right marketing, sales, web, design, and operational strategies are in place to achieve those goals.

Role overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will possess a broad skill set across various digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.





You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our overall business objectives. This will include developing internal talent, managing external resources and agencies and also being hands-on with implementation when required.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends
- Create and manage engaging and informative content across various marketing channels
- Optimise website content and structure for search engine visibility (SEO)
- Execute paid search campaigns (SEM) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Navigate and manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with customers and
- promote brand messaging
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions






- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and track campaign performance
- Analyse marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs,





and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing internal teams, external agencies, and resources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can adapt to changing market trends and develop innovative marketing strategies.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is competitive and will depend on experience. The package is negotiable, with details to be discussed during the interview process.
