Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development:
- Following up on leads generated by the company.
- Coordination with marketing
- Front Desk / Head receptionist
- Register patients and members according to established protocols and standards.
- Ensure the right entry of financial details for patients
- Update patients’ details.
- Appointment coordination, schedule & book appointments appropriately as requested.
- Remind patients regarding their appointments and confirming through SMS and phone calls.
- Handle reschedules and cancellation of appointments.
- Screening patient information during telephone call regarding details.
- Ensures insurance & finance documentations are completed according to established criteria
- Collect payment, issues receipts and complete designed cashier report.
- Follow up on all cash outstanding, note all remarks & resolve late charges.
- Coordination with Finance

Arabic Speaker, French will be a plus.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
