**Position Overview**: The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining store standards, and managing staff performance. This role requires effective leadership, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Management**:
- Supervise and support floor staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all team members.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Inventory**:
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, product displays, and replenishment.
- **Store Presentation**:
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare daily reports on sales performance, inventory, and staff activities.
- Communicate relevant information to management regarding operations and team performance.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with operational standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced retail environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
