**THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE. (WORK FROM OUR BUSINESS BAY OFFICE)**
As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will oversee all digital marketing activities, from running ads to creating engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Google Ads & Meta Ads**:_
- Develop and execute Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to meet performance goals.
- **Graphic and Video Creation**:_
- Design and produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and images for various digital platforms.
- Work with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- **WhatsApp Marketing & Automation**:_
- Implement and manage WhatsApp marketing strategies to engage with customers.
- Set up and maintain automation workflows for effective communication and lead nurturing.
- Analyze engagement metrics and refine strategies to enhance performance.
- **Social Media Management**:_
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with audiences.
- Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and schedule content, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends.
- **Google Metrics & Analysis**:_
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and suggest improvements.
- **Routine Digital Marketing Activities**:_
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for various marketing projects.
- Execute A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies and improve user engagement.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.
- Strong skills in graphic and video design using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant digital marketing areas.
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: AED25.00 - AED30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
