Kids HQ is looking to hire Branch Manager in Dubai, UAE
Position: Branch Manager
Experience: 2-5years in Retail (Amusement Industry preferred)
Job duties:
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to policies and a positive work environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, schedule expenditures, and oversee cash handling and develop sales generation plans to boost revenue..
- Ensure the safe operation of rides, facilities, and events, while conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Implement strategies to enhance cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction,
coordinating events and promotions.
- Oversee maintenance, deep cleaning, and facility inspections, ensuring proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
