**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Manage Social Media Platforms**: Create and post engaging content on various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor activity and interact with followers to grow our online community.
- **Content Creation**: Write compelling copy for ads, blog posts, and website content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for SEO.
- **Analyze Data and Report Performance**: Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially those specific to the real estate industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
