**Job Description**:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who have been living in Dubai for the last 2 years and have a background in telesales or sales. If you are passionate about real estate and are eager to start a rewarding career, this opportunity is perfect for you. Our company offers comprehensive training, quality leads,

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Negotiate and finalize deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Prospect new clients and sellers via tele sales to generate leads and expand your network.

**Requirements**:

- Must have been living in Dubai for at least 2 years.
- Experience in tele sales or sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
