**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Hunting and Farming new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- **Client Meetings**:Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with Stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- **P&L; Management**: Involvement in profit and loss management to ensure the financial growth of the business unit.
- **Continuing Medical Education (CME)**: Leverage experience in CME to develop and expand educational programs and partnerships.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing Clients including to retaining them and regenerating more business.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management,





or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry.
- Exposure inot CMEs Events and conferences will be added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and successfully closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Dubai and the wider GCC region.
- Proven track record in P&L; management.
- Experience with Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
